MojoHire is seeking an experienced Solutions Engineer to serve as a subject matter expert for our leading-edge talent technology.  In this role, the Solutions Engineer will lead our prospect and partner-facing demonstrations. They’ll work hand in hand with our sales team uncovering prospect pain and mapping out solutions via MojoHire’s technology.  They’ll also serve as the voice of the customer and closely interact with our Product and Marketing Teams as we continually define MojoHire’s solution roadmap and related messaging.

Key Qualifications: 

  • 5-7 years of work experience in an HR Tech SaaS start-up environment, preferably representing AI-powered solutions within the Talent Acquisition or Talent Management arenas
  • Experience building HR Technology demo flows and messaging focused on enterprise-sized clients with between 2,000 – 15,000 employees
  • Ability to forge and maintain solid business relationships with both internal and external clients
  • A dynamic personality, combined with a knack for truly connecting with clients, uncovering their pain, and strategically positioning technology solutions
  • Ability to effectively communicate with a variety of audiences including both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Results driven with a strong sense of urgency
  • A sound understanding of the HR Technology industry surrounding recruiting and/or Talent management is essential
  • A desire to explore the use of cutting-edge buyer enablement technologies to scale and optimize pre-sales efforts

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be a strategic consultant to clients, masterfully guiding the demonstration of MojoHire’s solutions which increase the speed, efficiency, and usability of existing HR Technology solutions
  • Conduct in-depth discovery sessions and workshops to identify business pains in or around the areas of talent acquisition and talent management
  • Become a subject matter expert on MojoHire’s technology, both from a functional, as well as a technical perspective
  • Master MojoHire’s value proposition, ensuring consistency in messaging with the solution’s features and functions
  • Strategically map MojoHire’s technology to the client’s pain and underlying business challenges
  • Actively communicate with engineering, product, marketing, and sales with respect to evolving customer requirements and advancements within the category
  • Helping prioritize product roadmap based on customer feedback, competitive intelligence, and market trends 
  • Ownership of technical RFX’s and the competitive intelligence playbook
  • Track all calls, meetings, and discovery activity in a CRM
