Job Description

MojoHire is on the lookout for an individual who can lead our Demand Generation function.

Duties:

  • Develop and execute demand generation initiatives to reinforce our brand, drive new leads, and nurture our existing database of leads
  • Improve reporting related to demand generation and sales programs to accurately measure the performance and ROI of marketing and sales effectiveness
  • Enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our sales and marketing automation system (HubSpot) to increase conversion rates, improve the integrity of the overall database, and accurately measure and forecast demand gen and sales data
  • Develop integrated paid and organic programs that significantly increase the funnel and overall pipeline (e.g. Google PPC, SEO, Social PPC, content marketing, webinars, events, etc.)
  • Work with the sales and marketing team to develop and promote sales and marketing materials to drive awareness and interest, along with helping develop supporting content for later stages of the sales funnel
  • Analyze campaign and sales outcomes in detail, drawing insights and presenting results clearly to facilitate sound decision making and next steps

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in demand generation with B2B SaaS organizations
  • 2 + years of experience working with Hubspot Sales and Marketing Automation tools.
  • Master at developing, executing, and measuring innovative and results-focused demand generation programs
  • Experience optimizing sales and operational efficiency through innovative thinking, process improvement, data analysis and system enhancements
